Electric 

Electricity is supplied to your apartment by LP&L .  We should advise you that they may require a deposit to initiate service.  They can be reached at (806) 775-2509 if you have any questions regarding your electric service or the deposit.

Cable & Phone 

Sudden Link offers digital cable television and digital home phone service.  They can be contacted at (806) 793-2222.

Trash 

Trash removal is paid for and managed by The Lakeshore Apartments.  You will be charged a monthly  fee of $5.00 for this service.

Water 

The water that you use in your apartment is charged to you on an allocation basis monthly.
