Each Resident Occupant over 18 must submit a separate application. (Spouses may submit a joint application.)

This online application only provides us with enough information to get started. We will contact you to obtain any other necessary information required to complete the entire printed version of the TAA Rental Application.

At some point in the application process, you will be required to sign a printed Rental Application.

You may be required to submit a non-refundable application fee before your application will be processed. We will contact you regarding any such requirements.
